I’m 40, work shifts in the emergency services, and live a pretty active lifestyle. If you’re also a shift worker, we’ll probably sync well. I’m into running, gym sessions. Bonus: a brand-new David Lloyd’s gym is opening soon, and there’s an award-winning coffee shop just around the corner (yes, it’s as good as it sounds).
