I’m a quiet, tidy, and considerate live-in landlady looking for someone similar to share my home — someone who values good communication and treats the property as their own.

About the Home:

• Shared areas to be kept clean and tidy

• No overnight guests unless discussed first
• I occasionally do dog-sitting (so a dog lover would be ideal!)

• Spacious and bright double room, fully furnished with solid oak furniture
• Plenty of storage; very large wardrobe, alcove for suitcases above wardrobe and tastefully decorated
• Ideal for one person (not suitable for couples)
• Well behaved pets may be considered

Rent & Details:
• £780 per month (one month in advance)
• Deposit: £800 (refundable, held for damages)
• All bills and Wi-Fi included
• Minimum stay: 3 months (shorter lets may be considered)

Location & Transport:
• Unrestricted parking — best suited to someone who drives
• Bus stop right outside with routes to the town centre and Harlow Town Station
• 10 mins drive to Harlow Town Station / 23 mins to Stansted Airport
• Direct train links to London Liverpool Street, Tottenham Hale, and Stansted
• Local shops and a pub just a short walk away

About Me:
I’m an artist and love drawing animals, they often find their way into my sketchbook! I’m also a big dog lover, and now and then I look after my mum’s or my friend’s dog (both very friendly, as you’ll see in the photos). I’m approachable, friendly, and enjoy a good laugh and a bit of banter, but I also really value peace and harmony at home.
I take pride in keeping my home clean, tidy, and calm .it’s my haven from the busy outside world and I’d love to share it with someone who feels the same way.
