CANDIDATE - SINGLE OCCUPANCY ONLY
We are looking for someone who can really appreciate a clean and quiet house, to create a happy house share.
The house is always clean and tidy, and you need to be of similar nature and willing to look after the shared areas of the house to fit in.

Apologies but pets and home working are not suitable to shared housing and can have legal implications.

If interested please let me know a bit about yourself - your interests, your work, when and why are you looking to move etc.

We reference check and carefully select candidates to ensure a good fit and safety and stability for everyone in the house. We therefore will only arrange viewings once we know more about you.

One of the minimum requirements to pass the referencing process. is to be in full time employment.

HOUSE

The house is New and Clean, with a front car park and back garden.

The kitchen and dining area is large with lots of storage and space to eat.
Everyone has their own kitchen cabinets and drawers and fridge shelves and freezer drawers.

There is a large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, hob, oven, microwave etc.

There is one bathroom, Two toilet.

Parking is free.

BILLS

We have super-fast fibre optic broadband.
Broadband, council tax and utilities are included in the rent.

DEPOSIT

£500 is a damage deposit paid up front when a candidate has stated they want to take a room, and not part of rent payment during tenancy. If a candidate then changes their mind about taking the room, a one-week rent (holding deposit will be deducted) when the rest of deposit is returned.
