It is a quiet house with a friendly atmosphere. There will be one other lodger. The culture of the house is one of respect and consideration.

The room has a garden view and is situated next to the bathroom.

The bed is a double with extra mattress toppers, 4 pillows and 4 thick duvets. Chest of drawers and clothes rail, desk and chair, laundry basket, blackout curtains, kettle and tea making facilities.

There is a 50” smart TV on the wall with Netflix and Prime subscriptions included.

There is use a fridge freezer to yourself as the other lodger does not use it (there are 2 fridge freezers) and a large 3 shelved cupboard in the kitchen. Use of a fully fitted kitchen with air fryer, dishwasher and washer dryer. The bathroom has a power shower and bath, with storage in the bathroom. There is an additional separate toilet.

All bills and WiFi included.
Free off street Parking outside and free parking on the street. Bus stop immediately outside to Town and Station and Old Harlow.

This would suit someone who is out during the day and does not require partners to stay.
