This double room (2.53. x4.5m – 8.3ft x 14.7ft) is within a large 3 bed house, newly built. Half the time it is just myself that lives here, the other half my little 9 year old son is with me.

The property has a private off the road 3 car drive way and parking on the road opposite the property. I also have a secure bike shed out the front in the drive way..

We are right next to the farmers fields which makes for a very nice walk as well as the small forest.

The property has a fairly large south facing garden which you can use.

The property has 3 bathrooms, so with the exception of the bath being used in the evening, you will almost have sole use of the main bathroom which has a full sized bath and shower. So no morning rush for the bathroom.

We benefit from fibre to the property, so you will have access to ultra-fast broadband.

We are 1.8 miles from the Harlow mill train station, which has links directly into London Liverpool street and Stansted airport in the opposite direction. We are also just a 19min drive away from Epping train station for the London central line underground trains.

I am looking for a quiet professional in full time work. I would prefer someone that works full time in the office as I work from home every day.
