I am a 55 year old Lady , live in landlady, I work in Interior design so my house is newly decorated , I WFH some days and in London at least 2/3 days a week . I have a very busy life so my spare rooms would suit someone professional, very quiet - it is not a house that I want a lot of cooking done so it would suit someone who is out a lot for work but wants a quiet place to come back to, relax and have a good nights sleep. I am super clean and we would share the main bathroom so I would need the bathroom cleaned down each time it is used - I have had lodgers for more than 10 years so I am good with living with like minded people. I am looking more for a lodger than someone to hang with as I have a very busy life in London and my home is my sanctuary.
