We have a cleaner that comes in each week to look after the communal areas.
The rent for the room includes all utility bills and council tax. We have 200 mb broadband throughout.
There is a neat outside area (there is a gardener to maintain) with garden furniture. There is a shed for bikes.
The house is an end-of-terrace in the Kingsland area of Harlow. It’s about 1 mile from the town and about a half mile from Staple Tye Shopping Centre.
The house would be suitable for someone working in Harlow or Hoddesdon or who needs access to the M11.
Whilst this is a non-smoking house we are happy to accommodate housemates that smoke and are happy to respect the fact that smoking is not permitted anywhere in the house.
