Single room for one person in shared house. There is a single bed a chest of drawers , wardrobe and a small fridge freezer in the room. I do not supply mattresses although there is a mattress in the room but it is not new. There is also a small basin in the room. The room is lockable has a tv point and several power sockets.
The house is about one and half miles to the Town Centre and is near to Staple Tye shops and is on the main bus routes. The house is licensed and fully compliant with regulations. The house has superfast cable wifi.
There is a 6 month minimum term. Please do not enquire if you do not have a clean credit record. Sorry no pets or children .
