Double room for one person in shared house with patio doors on to garden. There is a double bed , a small bedside chest , a larger chest of drawers , built in wardrobe and a small fridge freezer in the room. I do not supply mattresses although there is a mattress in the room but it is not new. The room is lockable has a tv point and several power sockets.

The house is about one and half miles to the Town Centre and is near to Staple Tye shops and is on the main bus routes. The house is licensed and fully compliant with regulations. The house has superfast cable wifi.
