I currently have 2 rooms available to rent ranging from £800 -£950 in this beautiful villa in a rural area which is close to country parks and cycle walk ways. The house is located in close proximity to Romford, Harold wood and local amenities.

I live here currently on my own and I am looking for house mates who are easy going and working professionals.

All bills are included. I am easy going, all I ask is that you are clean and tidy and treat my home as your own.

The main living space is a really nice chill out space and outdoor space is plentiful for those summer months. The rooms are fully furnished and in a very secure location. Ready for people to move in…
