New Build - Double bedroom in Hullbridge

A lovely new build 3 bedroom house in Hullbridge. Located on a quiet and friendly new build estate. A 5-10 minute bus ride to Rayleigh station.

The house has a large garden and a driveway which can be used. There are loads of places to have peaceful walks, with loads of green space and is just a 15 minute walk from the River.

There are 2 Co-Ops located within a 5-10 minute walk from the house.

I am currently living here with my partner and want to rent out 1 spare room to a professional female. The room is fully furnished and has a bed which pulls out into a double bed, with plenty of storage space.

We have 2 Bengal cats, so we need someone who is not allergic and does not have a problem with them. They have lovely temperaments and are great company if you want some!

There is 1 shared bathroom but there is also a separate toilet in the house.

We are ideally looking for a female professional, who is tidy and it's not a problem if they work from home.

Although we are fairly laid back, we would like a single professional, although the occasional guest is not a problem.
