I have a lovely furnished double room to rent on Hutton. (15 min walk to/from Shenfield station). I am looking for a housemate who is respectful of my home and who is clean and tidy. I keep a beautiful home and I am easy to get along with. There is a smart tv in the room, (which looks over a large Green area. Parking is wherever you can find a space. I’ve never had a problem). Close to shops and buses. I have a small cute dog which is well behaved and a pretty garden for your use. I’ve only ever had a problem with one house guest, who liked to cook and prepare all of his meals and take over the whole kitchen. He thought it was HIS home. If this is you, then this house isn’t for you.
