Double room to let in sought-after village

I am seeking a lodger for a spare room in my 3-bed house.
The room is a double room with generous wardrobe space and a desk. Internet is provided. There is a shared bathroom upstairs as well as a downstairs toilet and shower room.
I have a cat so please be cat-friendly.
I also have a lot of outdoor space which you would be welcome to use. Parking is available and Ingatestone train station is a 10-minute walk.
I work from home mostly so tend to use the downstairs dining room. I would prefer someone who works from home part-time.
You will have access to the kitchen which is well-equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. Clothes can also be dried outside in the summer.
The living room has Sky TV and Netflix and the house has easy access to the High Street and the countryside.
