Double room to let in sought-after village

I am seeking a female lodger for a spare room in my 3-bed house. I have two independent daughters who occasionally stay over so it’s an all-female household.
The room is a double room with generous wardrobe space and a desk. Internet is provided. There is a shared bathroom upstairs as well as a downstairs toilet and shower room.
I have a cat so please be cat-friendly.
I also have a lot of outdoor space which you would be welcome to use. Parking is available and Ingatestone train station is a 10-minute walk away (20 minutes to Stratford and 30 minutes to Liverpool Street). I work from home and would prefer someone who is out during the day or who does hybrid working.
You will have access to the kitchen which is well-equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer.
The living room has Freeview TV and Netflix and the house has easy access to the High Street and the countryside.
