I am offering a double room in a houseshare, fully furnished, set in the beautiful village Ingatestone. 10mins walk to High Street and train station. Free off-street parking.

The village is close to Brentwood/Chelmsford and Billericay. The room comes with writing desk, double bed and wardrobe and shelves. The house has a great shared kitchen and a lovely garden at the back of the house. The rent of £750 per month includes all bills, inclusive of fast broadband.

The room is on the first floor, with the main bathroom being on the first level. The shared kitchen/diner is on the ground floor and opens up to the garden.

Ingatestone is a great village with a number of countryside pubs and independent shops in the High Street. My house is a few minutes away from the station providing fast access to London (28 minutes by direct train to London Liverpool Street) and easy access to Chelmsford (5 minutes). Off-street parking is available.

I am a professional sharing my house with three other lodgers (two males, one female). Everyone in the household is a professional, working full time. From time to time, we are also all happy in the house to socialise and share a drink.

All bills are included in the rent.
