Double bedroom available in a quiet turning opposite the beach. With beach views from front of house. This is a room only Accommodation, no shared living room. There is a dining area for meal times. Broadband is available. Depending on how the relationship goes could change my outlook on various things. There are 2 separate toilets one has a shower and bath the other just a toilet. I would prefer someone who is in full time employment and has respect for their living accommodation. Must be clean and tidy and comfortable with their landlord having some personal space. Having saying all this. I can be a very easy going person, but that depends on you. Iv had tenants living with me in my previous house and only had an issue with one who had a drinking problem. So if you have any bad habits or addictions, no need to apply to view. Age is not a problem as long as there is respect for boundaries set out.
