We are flexible as to which room we rent. We have a larger master bedroom available with extensive wardrobe space, TV, vanity area and lovely countryside views, as well as a smaller furnished double room. Rent will depend on which room is preferred and the arrangement agreed.

We are a professional family looking for a reliable, respectful and easy-going lodger who enjoys a peaceful home environment.

For the right person, we would be open to discussing a reduced rental rate in exchange for occasional practical help around the home. This could include feeding our cats when we are away, being a responsible adult presence in the house on certain evenings, and potentially assisting with occasional school drop-offs or pick-ups. Our daughter is 14 years old and very independent, so we are not looking for a nanny or formal childcare arrangement.
