Me and my hubby are letting out our spare double bedroom (4.5mx2.5m) in our 4 bed house, bills included.

5 mins walk to Laindon station, 5 mins walk to Lidl, pharmacy etc.

Single day-bed with either an optional pull out trundle bed for guests, or under-bed storage - up to you :)
Large sliding mirrored wardrobe.
TV- Netflix/ Disney + etc + remotes + optional tv headphones.
Super Fast Wireless Broadband.
Fold down table and folding chair.
Make-up mirror cabinet.
Small drawers, shelves, and hangers are inside the 1.5m wardrobe

2 floating gloss white shelves
Central heating radiator

The decor items (cushions, throws, plants frames etc are optional- we can remove them if you wish)


It also has a pretty breakfast station with shelves for tea/coffee - or however you want to use it, up to you ~ you also have full access to the kitchen. 😊
There is also storage space in the attic you’re welcome to use.

Parking spaces are all around- requires a free parking permit which is provided with the room. Bathroom has an electric shower. We have a washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing equipment and dishwasher that you're also welcome to use.
You have access to the kitchen, garden and bathroom. There is a shed in the garden for storing a bike.

Family Home:
😊We have 2 daughters (aged 19 and 13) 1 friendly cat called Gigi and 1 cute Cavalier King Charles called Milo (If you want to have cuddles with the pets that’s fine. lol)

Alex (hubby) works as an account manager in London, I work in fashion retail.
We both enjoy a night out occasionally- love hosting bbq's for friends in the summer, camping, reading, cinema, restaurants as well as nights in with movies, Xbox etc. I love shopping and buying things for the home and our daughters. Love decorating. Love meeting new people :) - I chat to anyone. House proud and tidy person. Like it when people visit for a cuppa and a catch-up.
