Double bedroom with big cupboard

Myself and my freind share this house currently and are looking for a roommate for our spare room.

We are both professionals in our 30s, we keep the house clean and tidy and are respectful of each other. We share the living spaces so you will have use of the lounge dining room garden etc

Age and gender is not an issue for us as long as your respectful of the house and people’s sleeping patterns etc

Room is a double bedroom with a good sized cupboard and chest of draws. The chest of draws can be removed if you would prefer the empty space at the end of the bed. Also more then happy for a tv bracket to be put on the wall if required.

House has recently had new carpets and flooring down stairs it has also been freshly decorated.
