Beautiful home in Leigh on sea

I have a ground floor bedroom available to rent in a friendly household. It’s myself and my two sons here oh and my dog she’s extremely friendly. Open plan kitchen and living area, this is a shared space between me and my family, although kitchen area is free for you to use at any time. Bedroom is located downstairs off the hallway, it has a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside table. Sky tv and broadband all included. Downstairs WC and shared family bathroom on the first floor with separate shower and bath. Parking is on the road with no restrictions. Busy household but very friendly. Lovely street, great neighbourhood, close to belfairs woods, local shops, Southend hospital and Southend airport are both close by. Bus route for Leigh station if you do not drive is literally at the end of my road (a 30 second walk), this bus runs every 20 minutes all day long.
