2 Rooms for Female Doc/Pro 5 mins Hospital/Station

I am very happy to be able to offer two rooms for 2 female professionals, ideally medical practitioners at Princess Alexandra Hospital. .

Both rooms are for single occupancy only.

The rooms will be available AUGUST 1 and AUGUST 6.

If you are interested please provide the following information in your FIRST EMAIL.

1. Your work and status in the UK
2. The length of time you expect to be in Harlow
3. Qualities you have that make you a great person to share a house with.

A reference from your employer and a deposit will be required to secure the room once selection is complete.

The Garden-Facing Room is featured in the lead video. As you can see it is a big, bright room with walk-in closet, large garden-facing windows with a study area and mini lounge within the room.

The Square-Facing Room is featured in the photo gallery. It has a Queen-size double bed, study area and large modern drawers and clothes hanging frame.

The two lodgers have a new shower room between them exclusively for their use. The lodgers' rooms are either side of the bathroom in the middle floor of the house as you can see in the video. My living spaces are above and below so you will feel more like you are in a hotel than a house.

You will have use of our large kitchen with full cooking facilities. Each lodger has their own individual fridge freezer in the kitchen. A washing machine is available and drying clothes on the line in summer and in the upper airing cupboard is possible in the winter. Good broadband connection free of charge.

The house is in a very quiet set of town houses located 5 minutes walk (.4 of a mile) from Harlow Hospital. By foot, Sainsbury’s is 2 minutes, Harlow Town Centre is 5 minutes as is the wonderful Town Park and Harlow Station is 12 minutes.

In the last 6 years we have been proud to have had 3 doctors, a nurse and an NHS manager as our lodgers - from the UK, India, Egypt, France and Nigeria. We are in contact with all of them and several are now good friends. References from them are available upon request about how it is to live at the property.

I am a creative professional with an office studio on the ground floor. My son is at medical school school and my daughter studies film making and lives at the house part time.
