Next to it is the bathroom shared with just one nice, considerate lodger (option for private use at small extra cost) while a 2nd bathroom is available downstairs. Shared use of a sunny kitchen-dining-living room, and washing machine, large garden, bike shed and off-road parking.

You’ll find this place a peaceful, friendly and respectful atmosphere for work and rest; kept clean and tidy.

Rent includes fast WiFi and all bills (C. Tax tbd) and the price of £630pcm is based on slightly less than full-time use – but flexible, to be discussed ––: all-week is also possible. 21 days’ notice and 28 in winter. Short stays are possible and a modest weekly supplement may apply.
