Landlady looking to share her sunny, relaxing maisonette and garden with one female preferably. You would be the only person sharing the maisonette with me.

Located on a quiet cul-de-sac, 9 minutes walk from Loughton underground station, Sainsbury’s and all the high street shops. It is only a short distance to Epping Forest and Buckhurst Hill. Good transport links with a bus stop opposite the road.

Enjoy a 5 minute stroll to Roding Valley Nature Reserve and lake, or indulge in one of the many coffee shops, such as Gail’s.

The double room is fully furnished with double bed, 2 double wardrobes as well as a shoe wardrobe. It’s a sunny room, full of light, with clean modern decor.

The £630 rent per calendar month includes all bills, and shared use of the bathroom, kitchen, lounge and back garden which is directly attached to the property. There is free on street parking. It also includes shared wi-fi.

The kitchen and bathroom provide all mod-cons. The kitchen has a washing machine, tumble dryer and fridge-freezer. The property has modern and clean decor throughout.

I am looking for a clean and tidy lodger who is preferably a full-time professional, but no couples or overnight guests. This accommodation would suit someone both with a work and social life outside the home. It is priced assuming working daytime hours 5 days a week away from home. Checks will be needed re: employment and any previous landlords. Right to rent checks will also be undertaken.

(Limited home working can be considered but gas, electricity and water may be additional for this dependent on usage.). There is room for a small desk in the bedroom should you wish to bring this.

I love the gym, yoga, dance, adrenaline sports, reading, and decent coffee. I work hard, play hard, and when I come home I want to relax and chill in my calm home.
