We, your live-in landlords, are two friendly, professional females who prioritize cleanliness, tidiness and peacefulness. We share our home with our greyhound dog, so a fondness for dogs is a must.
We're offering a furnished bright, cosy double room with shared access to the kitchen and bathroom and access to garden. Ideally suited for a full-time working female professional or female student and takes pride in maintaining a clean living space.
Situated in a peaceful neighbourhood, it's approx 20 minute walk to Debden Underground station or a 10-minute No20 bus ride. Local shops and amenities are conveniently nearby, and a 10-15 minute walk to E15 Acting School.
Our location offers a perfect blend of accessibility to the city and opportunities for peaceful forest walks. Public transportation is easily accessible, with a bus stop right across the street and if you drive, a short distance to join the M25 and M11 motorways.
Please note that our home is maintained as a professional environment, not a party house. It's the perfect place to unwind and recharge after a long day at work, and we place a high value on mutual consideration among our housemates.
