I have two rooms available in a lovely two-bedroom flat in Loughton, ideal for commuters, hybrid workers, contractors or anyone needing a comfortable temporary base for work in London or the surrounding area.

Monday–Friday stays are preferred, although 7-day stays may also be considered for someone who already has and will continue to maintain their permanent/main home elsewhere.

The flat is currently in the process of being sold, so I’m looking for people who are after temporary accommodation rather than somewhere to establish as their permanent or principal home.

• Shared kitchen, bathroom and living areas
• You must have and continue to maintain your main/permanent residence elsewhere
• Short, rolling arrangement while the property is being sold
• Not suitable for anyone looking for their sole or permanent home

This would be perfect for someone who lives elsewhere but needs a convenient base in the area for work, whether during the working week or for a temporary period seven days a week.
