A well-kept three-bedroom house with a garden in Loughton on the Central Line, around 20 minutes to Stratford and 30 minutes to Liverpool Street. The house is located in the Epping Forest District (literally surrounded by forest!), which is ideal if you enjoy nature, hiking, or green space.

I’m a Christian live-in landlord and currently have two furnished double rooms available from £825 per month, all bills included.

A little about myself: I live alone in the house. I’m involved in youth ministry at my church and work as a consultant at BCG. I’m into nutrition and fitness, and keep a fairly healthy, low-plastic kitchen with RO-filtered drinking water.

I’m ideally looking for like-minded Christian housemates who are tidy, respectful, and treat the home as a calm sanctuary rather than a party house. No smoking or drugs. I rarely drink, aside from special occasions.

Pets and couples may be considered on a case-by-case basis, with rent adjusted accordingly.

All bills are included under a fair use policy. Central heating is provided, but no additional heaters, crypto mining, or unusually high energy usage.
