Double room with a built in wardrobe. TV and Alexa, can be used as an alarm clock or to play music if wanted.
Free use of kitchen, lounge, garden and parking.
Bedding available if needed.
Washing machine, tumble dryer and a dishwasher on site also.
There is also a leanto available for a motorbike storage if needed.

Plenty of cooking equipment as my son is a chef and left most of it here.
This is his account.
I live abroad but come back and use the spare room for a few months across the year occasionally.

Smoking is permitted outside. The Lean to is covered if it’s raining.
There’s fruit trees in the front garden and on the other side of the fence that my son planted and you’re welcome to help yourself when they have fruit on them.
There’s also an assortment of herbs in the front garden and some in the back garden that can be used for cooking.
There is also plenty of space to grow your own fruit and veg in the front garden should you wish and there is garden tools that my son left here to use as well.
We are a sociably household and cook and eat together on various occasions when we’re home at the same time and usually spend a fair amount of time sitting around the fire pit with a few beers in the summer.
