The house is in a quiet and safe residential area with the strong community feel. It takes 20-25 min to walk to Debden Tube station and 15 min to the East 15 Acting School. It only takes about 20 min to walk to Debden and Loughton where you can find shops, cafes, restaurants, library, gym and a leisure centre. Lidl is about 8 min walk from the house. If you prefer to take the number 20 bus to Loughton or Deben High Street, there is a bus stop a minute walk from the house.
