There is a lot of storage space.
The property has a large fully fitted kitchen including a gas stove, double electric oven and a microwave for convenience.
The washing machine is located in the laundry room where you also have the use of a second fridge/freezer.
We are looking for a NON-SMOKING lodger, FEMALE !
Single occupancy only , and NO working from home.
We are located in the quiet village of Lower Nazeing, 1.7 miles to Broxbourne Train Station. (Fast train into Liverpool Street London)
I am a live in landlady with my husband. We both work.
