We are offering a downstairs bedsit room with en-suite shower and toilet for single occupancy. No couples or overnight visitors.
Bedding and towels supplied in fortnightly room service.
There is a TV and beverage making facilities with in the room. All bills included.
We are on a bus route to Chelmsford and Maldon.
Shared kitchen to be left clean and tidy.
Lounge diner with access to patio.
Fully equipped with crockery, cutlery, air fryer, double oven, American Fridge Freezer, microwave, toaster. Washing machine and outside drying line. Patio with table and chairs to enjoy the sunshine.
The house is centrally heated with super fast WiFi and off road parking for one car only. We are looking for a quiet professional person to join us.
This particular room is not suitable for night shift workers due to its location in the house and we do not entertain working from home or smokers. We used to be a 4**** B&B.
