Single room available close to Chelmsford town

Hi there, I have a single room available in my flat in Chelmsford. It's a short 20-minute walk to the local town and a bus ride away from Anglia Ruskin.

I'm looking for a female flatmate. This room/flat share would be suitable for students or professionals. Free parking. The flat is a short distance to local amenities.

The room is fully furnished, including a bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. Shared kitchen and bathroom, I'm very clean and I hope the flatmate would be too.

All bills are included in the Rent –
• Council Tax;
• Water
• Internet
• Electricity (£100 is topped up each month by the landlord and the remaining is split with the other flatmate)

Deposit of 2 weeks rent and references are required (ID, payslips, previous landlord reference, and must have/show their DBS)

The room is available from 01/09/2026 and is for 6 months. You can extend the length or reduce the length.

The existing flatmate is a female, very sweet, kind and clean.
