Who We’re Looking For?

We’re seeking responsible, employed professionals who appreciate living in a rural area and happy to occupy under a Property Guardian Licence.

You will live as a Property Guardian with Blue Door under a monthly Licence Agreement. This is NOT a Tenancy and means that your Notice period is a minimum of 4 weeks. Each applicant will need to complete our referencing process including a DBS Certs (basic) ID and Financial References.

You understand the principles of property guardianship and are happy to contribute to the security of the building and the community ethos of Blue Door Property Guardians.
