Access via separate stairs from the rest of the house. Stairs lead directly into a kitchen diner for use 24 hours a day.

Sky Fibre Max internet and Sky TV provided in the room

Husband and wife occupants/landlords offer a relaxed easy-going environment and live separately from the available room using the Kitchen Diner for preparing meals only, leaving the dining area free for use for most of the day.

Block paved garden that can be used throughout with a separate fenced garden area with seating leading to a TV room for use if and when required.
