There is a cleaner that comes in twice week to keep communal areas clean, it is a strictly no smoking house that incorporates a integral fire detection system that is interlinked to every part of the house. The house is Licensed with Rochford council as an HMO.
REGARDING DEPOSITS:
We will need a deposit to the value of £500 which will be held by the Deposit Protection Scheme and you will have all details for this.
REGARDING MONTHLEY RENT:
We will require one months rent up front payable the same day or before you move in then each month on the same date thereafter.
We don't accept DHS or none professional applicants all Tenants will need to be in full time employment.
The room is not furnished. although there maybe furniture available if needed.
