There is communal lounge/dinning area furnished with table chairs & Sofas with a wall hung 38 inch LCD TV, BT Infinity wifi, there is parking available. There is a cleaner that comes in twice week to keep communal areas clean & put the bins out, it is a strictly no smoking house that incorporates a integral fire detection system that is interlinked to every part of the house. The house is Licensed with Rochford council as an HMO and I am an accredited Landlord. I will need a deposit which will be held by the Deposit Protection Scheme and you will have all details for this. The room is unfurnished.
