Tenant has full use of a shared house that has newly refurbished bathroom/shower room (for your sole use but unattached to the bedroom), newly fitted kitchen with large double width range oven including your own lockable food storage facilities, fridges, freezers and washing machine. There is communal lounge/dinning area furnished with table chairs & Sofas with a wall hung 38 inch LCD TV, BT Infinity wifi, there is parking available. There is a cleaner that comes in twice week to keep communal areas clean & put the bins out, it is a strictly no smoking house that incorporates a integral fire detection system that is interlinked to every part of the house. The house is Licensed with Rochford council as an HMO and I am an accredited Landlord. I will need a deposit which will be held by the Deposit Protection Scheme and you will have all details for this. We don't accept DHS or none professional applicants all Tenants will need to be in full time employment. The room is unfurnished.
