Looking for a lodger who is clean, tidy and respectful. The room available is for single occupancy in a detached, centrally heated house and measures 19ft x 10ft 4". It has a double bed, wardrobe, two chests of drawers, side tables and made to measure blinds. There is also a large garden with a whirly gig washing line and patio area. You will have shared use of the kitchen (15ft 7" x 12ft), bathroom (11ft x 8ft 6") dining room (12ft 9" x 12ft) and downstairs toilet. In the kitchen there is a washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, microwave, electric oven and gas hob and a fridge and freezer. There is also a fridge/freezer in the garage. There is room in the garage for a bicycle if required. There are 3 of us living here permanently, being myself, my partner and my son. Rochford Town Square is a 15 minute walk away and there are some good country walks and pubs just up the road. No pets and a non smoker required. The property's Council Tax band is E.
