We are a family of 5, my husband & I and our 3 children (8,6 and 3) + our whippet Disco.
We live in my parent's large family home and are looking to a find a friendly house mate to fill one of the seven bedrooms.
My husband and I work full time often from home, our kids go to the local school.
The house is located in the heart of Saffron Walden opposite the common. The rooms are a generous size all with en-suite and their own central heating. We have a large garden and lots of storage.
We already have a long term tenant who has been with us nearly two years.
It is a warm, friendly atmosphere - the kids can be a little loud sometimes but all good fun!
