Looking for lodger.
Single room to let to a nice person that would like to share my house with me. Also living here part time is my son (10years old). It's not just a room, happy to share living rooms as I hardly ever use it, the kitchen and and garden. I have a drive that fit 2 cars. I only have 1, so there is a space too. My house has 1 bathroom with bad/shower and an additional room with just a toilet downstairs.
The room can be furnished or unfurnished.
There is also 1 cat living in the house. She is very shy and well behaved.
The new lodger just need to be relative tidy, clean, sensible a, responsible, friendly and flexible. Treat stuff in the house with care. I work early mornings, so ideally not somebody that stays up all night.
Lodger needs to have a paid job or other income.
