Spare room in House in quiet area

Double sized room to rent in house in village of Sible Hedingham (twin beds which can be pushed together), nice pleasant view. Room recently decorated. Parking space available. Nice garden. Space in garage for some storage. Looking for a female flat mate.

Must be an animal lover as i have a cat.
No smokers..

The house is in the village of Sible Hedingham - so around 18 miles from Colchester (around 35 minutes drive), around 11 miles from Braintree (around 25 minutes drive) and around 8 miles from Sudbury (20 minutes drive).

I’d like someone who is doing regular hours (is not a regular home worker - hybrid ok) and who is usually quiet after around 11.30pm at night Mon to Friday (no night shift people please,). I will put comfy seating in the dining room so you can have that as your own chill out space but prefer it if we each have our own lounge type space (there is also a lounge that i use), and a shared kitchen. The property has 3 bathrooms.

Although I’m friendly, I don’t want too many random people round the house, so the room would suit someone who is happier to socialise mainly outside the house or someone who is only looking to have a couple of family members or a couple of close friends around from time to time.. If someone has a child or partner that needs to stay over every so often that is ok (although additional charges may apply depending on how often). The right fit would be someone who doesn’t smoke, is polite,, friendly, considerate, trustworthy and reasonably tidy. In return, you could expect the same.

Who lives at the house? I live alone but have a boyfriend who stays over from time to time.
