There is a large living room, dinning room and a kitchen.
Newly refurbished bathroom.
Parking in front of the house or on the street 100m from the house for free.
All the kitchen equipment is here for you to use too including a dishwasher.
Cleaner comes every 2 weeks to clean common areas.
There is a patio and a garden for everyone’s use.

Current tenants are all professionals, some commuting to London.
They are a good friendly bunch of people who trust and respect each other and we are looking for someone similar to join us to live in this home.
Brandon Grove is a quiet, family neighbourhood. There is a lot of green area, tennis court and garden centre. It is 13min walk to Ockendon train station which will take you in 30min to London Fenchurch street. It is about 10 min drive to Lakeside. You can catch a bus to Lakeside (15min) or Romford (25min). M25 and A13 are also in very short distance from here.
It is not first come, first serve as we are looking for a good fit to join this home.

We (landlords) have been living in the property but recently moved to the new area. We have decided to keep the house and rent it out completely. The current tenants are very easy going and pleasure to live with. We (landlords) are keeping the house in tact and taking care of the garden. We like to keep friendly relationship whoever is coming to live in the house.
