The property is located within the desirable suburb of Westcliff-On-sea (Westcliff) which is situated on the north shore of the lower Thames Estuary, about 34 miles (55 km) east of London. Westcliff railway station (the city's oldest train station) was opened in 1895 and is now managed by the c2c. 

Excellent transport links make for convenient and comfortable living, benefitting tenants by the property's close proximity (less than half a mile) to both Southend Central and Victoria train stations.
