This COMPACT Double room is available to rent. The room is furnished with a bed with a silent night mattress, cupboard and chest of drawers.

The house underwent a full internal renovation a couple of years ago, with a new kitchen, bathroom, living room, carpets and bedrooms throughout! There is an upstairs bathroom and a downstairs WC. This home also has a large garden.

I am looking for a nice, genuine professionals or mature students that are looking to live in a home not just a house.

There are TWO shared living room areas with sofa, tv and dining area in addition to a fully equipped kitchen, and utility space including washing machine and dryer.

The rate is inclusive of high speed broadband, water, gas, electricity.

This home also comes with two very cute kittens that are currently 11 months old - they are cuddly and loving and very well behaved. You will not have to interact with the kittens if you do not want to but I am looking for someone that is tolerant of feline friends.

N. B. You will need to be willing to complete a DBS check to live in my home.
