Room is on its own floor for extra privacy. Contains double bed with brand new mattress & bedding, lounge & dining area & small kitchen for breakfast & snack making. Kitchen has toaster & kettle there is room for a microwave.

Very quiet & private gated community with lovely walks within the grounds.
Looking for a mature spirited person who is out at work during the day, and needs a cosy home to relax in. Occasional home working would work. Prefer people who like their own company as room is the size of a studio flat, so you can easily live in your room.
Be nice to share some meals & id be happy to cook from time to time. I’m easy going & friendly but I do go to bed early as I’m an early riser.
