A very comfortable double room available in a well presented owner occupied 4 bedroom house in a very quiet mews road, pleasant patio/garden space.

Double bed with comfortable mattress, desk and chair, wardrobe and separate drawers, full length mirror and a 32 inch Samsung smart TV/Chromecast. All bedding and towels can be provided.

Currently two rooms available.

Shared access to a fully kitted out kitchen with dedicated guest cupboards along with a dedicated fridge and freezer for guest use, along with full use of all kitchen appliances, equipment, crockery and tableware.

Large family bathroom with bath and shower, which is shared between two guests.

Shared living room (out of office hours), office desk space together with access to laser printer if required (reasonable use).

Professional cleaner employed to clean bathroom and shared areas.

All bills, including wifi, are included.
Washing detergent/softener, toilet rolls supplied and included in weekly rent.
