Double Room Available to Rent

We have one double room available to rent, which comes with a small double wardrobe and a brand-new double bed.
We’re looking for a working professional who is friendly, reliable and easy to get along with. We’re a quiet household, so we’d ideally like someone who enjoys a peaceful home and can respect that environment.

We value respect, cleanliness, hygiene and consideration for others. We keep our home clean and tidy and would like someone who takes pride in doing the same.

We also have one very friendly cat, so you’ll need to be comfortable living with a cat. 🐱

The room currently has some of our belongings in it, as shown in the pictures. Everything currently in the room will be removed before the room is let, apart from the wardrobe, so that our new lodger has a clean, fresh space to make their own.
