Room in Terling

Double room to let in a quiet, peaceful village location. Furnished with unlimited wifi and use of all facilities.

Located 15mins by car to Chelmsford, 7mins (3 miles) to Hatfield Peverel station with a direct link to London Liverpool Street within 35mins. Lots of the villagers cycle to Hatfield Peverel station to catch the train.

You would need to have a car as my house is 3 miles from the train station. Also the bus is only once a week.

There is also plenty of off-road parking.

The house has a large garden/patio area, and a spacious kitchen with a separate dining area. Fridge/freezer and cupboard space provided and washing machine available.

The village has its own swimming pool, tennis courts, football and cricket ground, shops, two churches and a newly refurbished good local pub. It's a fun village with lots of activities throughout and lots of great walks to nearby pubs.

I live in a clean modern house which I like to be kept tidy, I would hope any lodger to be clean and tidy and respect my home and my privacy, as I would theirs.

This is a very quiet house and I would expect it to be kept that way.

Would prefer someone who likes animals, as there are two cats and one dog in the home.

Professionals and students preferred. If you're a working professional, I'd prefer those working 9am-5pm hours.

No couples please.

No short term stays, longer term only.
