It is located in a very quiet cul-de-sac 3 mins walk to Thorpe Bay Station and 5 mins walk to Thorpe Bay Broadway.

This property has recently been refurbished and fully sound proofed. All bedrooms are furnished and decorated to a high standard. There is a shared kitchen and dining area with a dining table and chairs, smart tv, 2 large fridge freezers, dishwasher, microwave, modern double oven and hob. Each person has plenty of cupboard space to store their food. There is also a utility room with 2 washing machines, a tumble dryer and ironing facilities. We even supply dishwasher tablets, bin bags, toilet rolls and cleaning products for all our tenants.

There is a shower room located on the ground floor and a main bathroom on the first floor both with very good power showers. The house also benefits from having ensuites in 2 of the bedrooms.

All communal areas are professionally cleaned throughout once a week and breakdowns are dealt with very quickly.

The rear garden is secluded and south facing. It has artificial grass, patio furniture and a rotary washing line.

Parking is available at the front of the property.

We are looking for friendly, respectful and considerate professionals to call this place home. This is a non-smoking house and no pets allowed. Minimum 6 month tenancy. Rooms are single occupancy and vary from £425 to £650 per calendar month inclusive of bills. The room we currently have available is a small double which has an ensuite with a toilet and a sink £550 per month. A returnable deposit will be required.
