Double room on the first floor in a friendly shared house in Tilbury, Essex, RM18 area.

Has Wifi/broadband and most mod cons EXCEPT for a dishwasher & tumble dryer.

5-minute walk to local shops & 15 minutes walk to the train station.

The room is charged at £680 per month with all bills included

Just to give you an idea about my home.
It's like a family home i. e. everyone gets on well with each other and we have a nice balance in the house.

If you are NOT able to get on well with people or communicate properly in ENGLISH, then I don't think this is the place for you as it's VERY important everyone gets along in my house.

There ARE other lodgers in the house.

I have a BIG back garden which is fantastic for BBQs and garden parties in the summer, but it also means that everyone helps keep the garden looking nice, etc.
