The house benefits from a light and spacious up stair Lounge for lodges . two bathrooms (both with a bath and over bath shower), large kitchen with seating and eating area ,utility room, and a pleasant garden.
All tenants have their own personal fridge and frozen space and kitchen storage space. All communal areas are cleaned thoroughly to a high standard by all tenants and landlords on a weekly rota.
The house is fully furnished and equipped kitchen. The area has transport links at Southminster for rail travel to London and Essex. Tillingham has two pubs, both of which serve food, as well as a village shop and Post Office.
