All tenants have their own personal fridge space and kitchen storage space. All communal areas are cleaned thoroughly to a high standard.
The house is fully furnished and equipped kitchen. The area has transport links at Southminster for rail travel to London and Essex. Tillingham has two pubs, both of which serve food, as well as a village shop and Post Office.
