We are looking for a working tidy professional to rent the room for. We are a quiet family house looking to rent a spacious double room .
The room is situated on the ground floor, has a lovely Victorian fireplace, overlooking the garden with a big window.
The double room will be fitted with a double bed. There are 2 bathrooms in the house.
The house has a big garden and driveway in front of the house.
The room is located in a semi-detached house in Waltham Abbey, very close to the high street, big Tesco, GP, plenty of parks around.
All bills are included (including fast speed internet).
Deposit is £375 (covering 2 weeks).
The room is available to rent from the 1st of August, but we can arrange viewings from now.
