Lovely big front room with stunning views of the seafront - especially from the balcony :) Gas central heating, fantastic power shower, fully equipped kitchen, Sky TV, fast broadband. Good size room furnished with double bed, bookshelves, wardrobe, set of drawers and a small table (which can be removed if you'd prefer the space!). Perfect for anyone wanting a nice place to relax by the seaside, if you commute by train Westcliff station is 2mins walk! Lovely place to come back and enjoy the sea after a day at site/office/wherever. If you drive, parking is free on street.

I've upgraded the flat with a huge corner sofa and larger dining table since these pictures were taken so I'll try to get updated shots of those but feel free to come have a look for yourself :)

2mins walk to Westcliff station, seconds from the beach, Hamlet Court road 4mins walk and just over 10mins into town - the location is pretty much perfect! Available immediately
