We can do short term let’s for a 3 month period and currently we have 1 single room and 2x double rooms that are for single occupancy and we have a large studio room that has a double bed which can accommodate a couple or 2 single beds

Room 1 - Single Room with variable daily rates or reduced rates for long term lets

Room 2 - Double Room with dressing table with variable daily rates or reduced rates for long term lets.

Room 3 - Double Room with a walk in wardrobe with variable daily rates or reduced rates for long term lets.

Room 4- Double Room with variable daily rates or reduced rates for long term

Washing Machine, Oven/Microwave Combi, Sink, Under Counter Fridge Freezer, Kettle, Toaster, Sofa Bed, Mattress, Wardrobe.

Kitchen/Diner, Washing Machine, Dishwasher ,Full Size Oven & Hob, Sink, Full Size Fridge &Freezer, Kettle, Toaster,
We accept professionals who are tidy & respectful tenants.

Rooms available for individuals but we will consider 2 persons but there will be an additional 25% surcharge.

Your cost will cover all of the bills (Gas, Electric/ Water, Council Tax, Broadband etc) in short everything is taken care of for you.

Deposits are variable depending on your length of stay.
